Shipping Information:
If an item is damaged during shipping we will send you a pre-paid label for you to return the item. Once we receive the item back we will send you a replacement. If we run out of stock we will issue a refund.

How long does it take for items to ship?
A. In most cases your order will be shipped out to you with in 2 business days. It can take 7 to 14 business days in some cases for your item to arrive via UPS Ground, US Postal or through other shipping services. Depending on the item(s) ordered. Some items might take longer.
Is there RUSH Service available?
A. Yes, we do offer a RUSH service to get your items faster than normal. This service does cost $20.00 flat fee due to what it cost(s) us to send it rush.
*NOTE - If you have ordered an item that weighs a lot or a very large order it might cost more than the standard Rush Flat Fee for Rush Service. Please call to find out a quote before requesting it if it your order is large or heavy in weight.

Can I order by phone and have my item shipped to another address?
A. Yes, if you are ordering an item for another person and want it delivered there we can drop ship it for you.

A. Yes, we have a catalog that has thousands of items in it. Our catalogs are $5.00. You can call 936-307-1301 to order by phone.
What if an item I order is out of stock?
A. We will not charge your credit card until we know the item is in stock. Should we find out that an item is back ordered after charging your card; we would issue an immediate refund and notify you. If you paid by Pay Pal we will issue you a refund within 48 hours or less and notify you via email or phone that the item was out of stock.
What name will be on my credit card or pay pal statement?
